Football Fix is a one-of-a-kind positional coaching program built around solving real in-game problems. It is not cones, routes on air, and drills with no defender. Football Fix exists to fix what keeps going wrong in games, one issue at a time.

The model is simple: You bring the tape, I provide the fix. Dropped passes, footwork, slow get off, reading defenses. Basically, any broken technique, I’ll work with you on the fix!

A: Absolutely. Through game film or video sharing via the CoachNow mobile app, we capture the technique issues. Using the film I break down bad angles, bad leverage, hand placement, footwork issues, or whatever it may be. Once identified I build a targeted drill plan to correct those specific deficiencies. You execute the drills, send the footage back, and we track the improvement game to game. The fix happens on your field. I just show you exactly where to focus.

Once the issue is identified on film, the fix begins immediately. The time frame depends on your plan:
Single Football Fix – 4 weeks to drill and correct one specific issue
4-Fix Block – 8 weeks to identify and correct up to four issues in sequence
In-Season Unlimited – full season to catch and correct new issues as they show up on film week to week
The fix starts the moment the problem is found. The rest of the time is reps.
No. Football Fix is not a new system or a different way of playing.
It’s a tool. If the same issue keeps showing up on film, we identify the root of it and give the player exactly what they need to fix it — one issue at a time. That tool works inside whatever system their coach is already running.
We don’t replace the coaching staff. We fix what keeps recurring.
Every session is position-specific. Whether they’re a QB, receiver, linebacker, or lineman, the training is built around their role. We train them all except kickers

Yes. Before you join, we’ll schedule a Zoom meeting to go over your position, current issues, and goals. On that call, I’ll walk you through how the film review works, what clips to send, and outline how Fix-Based Training can provide a true fix for your specific in-game problems.
