A: Each camp is specific to one position Offense and one Defensive position. This allows for more specialized training for their position. One camp for each of the following QB, RB/LB, OL/DL/WR/DB
A: Camps are open to athletes ages 7 to 17, youth and HS. Beginner and experienced players are both welcome.
A: No problem. Text DB at (678) 271-5237 to book a 1 on 1 private session near you anywhere in Metro Atlanta. Prefer a group setting? You can also request a camp in your area and we will do our best to make it happen.
A: Camps are great for game speed reps, 1on1 competition, and seeing how your athlete measures up to other players at their position. Private training is one on one and built around your player specifically. Both have a place in development.
A: It depends on your athlete’s goals. Once a month keeps the fundamentals sharp and builds consistency over time. Once a month is convenient for multi-sport athletes, but additional training can be added via 1on1 or semi private training. Athletes serious about making the team or earning a starting position train at least 2 to 3 times a month.
A: Both! Camps are designed to meet athletes where they are. Beginners build a foundation while experienced players sharpen their skills. All positions and experience levels are welcome.
